    Quick important question.

    I have a question. What if I only injected in shoulders. So far it is the only spot that doesn't get horribly sore for days. I inject on Monday's and Thursdays. Could this be a problem?

    i suppose its not that bad but with that thick of a guage you will probably develope some scar tissue fairly quickly.. scar tissue is a big reason for rotating spots.

    I do shoulders every 3 days. Scar tissue is building up, but its nothing to bad..

    Only thing I dont like is the puffing up that injection spots do, id rather keep that on my ass and thighs

    bro try some 25g needles and u might have an easier time doing other sites... i used to only do glute injections... switched to 25g and now i love doin legs. no pain at all.

    Yeah, 21g are huge. You get some 25 g and you'll be able to hit your glutes and quads in no time. Bask8kace posted something a while back that showed something along the lines that glute shots were absorbed the best and most effeciently so you may want to opt for some smaller needles...

    hmm... so I should try 25g for shoulders? and what gauge for glutes? I've only done glutes and delts. Both w/ 21g needles.
