    test e length

    most here say you don't see test e gains for 6-8 weeks, so is there an optimal cycle to utilize the gear and maximize those gains without going too long? I was thinking about 10-13 weeks (more towards 12), but if if I don't see gains till 8 weeks, would 15-16 weeks be a little better? (aside from more PCT)

    I dont think 6-8 weeks is accurate, maybe in some, but more like 4-6 weeks. if you want to optimize your gains more kick start with some Prop until week 4-6 whatever you want and then go to week 12 with the Test E. Is this your first cycle?

    I like that advice

    Run Test for 12 weeks

    You could kick start if with Prop to get you going

    Or perhaps a little Dbol - 30mg ED for first 4 weeks

    Personally i'd go for the Prop kick start

    Best gains I had is a 18 week cycle of test-E

    dood start and stop w/ prop...
    it will get you going from the get go and keep you strong right up to the day of your pct... and help retain more gains...

    PCT = Post cycle therapy

    Prop is a short ester attached to test which makes it kick in within a week. PCT is short for post cycle therapy, you do PCT after a steroid cycle to help your natural testosterone production start up again.
