The pumps seem really small, should they? Is there a way to know I am getting a full pump or to ensure a full pump every time. Is there a best spot to squirt the liquid? Under tongue or down throat etc.?

get a baby eye dropper and use that to measure it out...

I've got the dropper that comes with the ARR clomid. I guess I can use that.
