I'm 27 y/o 5'8'' 185 lbs. i have been lifting for 3-4 yrs. I have really started to watch the diet and do cardio 4 times a week. my problem is bmi is not moving, it sits around 20 according to all charts. I about to do my first cycle 1-4 week 30mg d-bol, 1-8 400mg test/week, 1-8 400mg deca/week. will this give a guy good results for size? Should I do this now or try to get my b/f down first. help me please.
