if you just wanted to take 500 mgs of sus a week would you do 250 mgs twice per week or 125 mgs eod , just wanted to know which method would give better gains and if 125 mgs eod of sus is too low of a dose . thanks

125mg eod is the way to go. you can always bump up to 750mg wk if you want too.

EOD would mean less sides due to more stable blood levels. You can inject Sus 2x per week but due to the Prop ester in it you may experience increased sides, such as acne, mood swings etc...

125mg/EOD is sufficient.
