    2x+2lbs

    today I set a pb by benching 436lbs I weighed in at 217. 2x has been my goal for sometime now and I made it today. I am 39yr old and have been lifting seriously for around 6 yrs. Also I got it on tape my partner has it on his camera and when he sends it to me I will see if I can post it somehow. anyway I had to share that with someone. so there it is

    You had a few more pounds in ya' too. Great lift. Just think what you might have got if you hadn't done bench on Monday, Wednesday AND Friday this week!

    Were you wearing a bench shirt? It looked like it but I could not tell for sure.

    it is a brand new titan furry My second time using it , my new goal is 450 should be a go soon.

    Congrats!!! Always good to hit a PR. Are you really benching 3x a week???? I think your numbers would go up faster if you could give yourself more rest. Awesome work Bro, but if you are benching that often you might want to consider just benching once a week. I think you'll be surprised how much stronger you will get with more rest and by not overtraining.

    no man I would even think about benching 3x per week I work chest on monday,and then wensday I got the shirt and tryed it out .by friday I was ready to hit my goal of 2x my weight. I do ,however hit it 2x a week mon/fri but not flat bench dumbbell work on fri.
