Is this stuff real?

I just purchased a tub of "Extreme Orange", and I was just wondering if it was the same as "Agent and Ultimate Orange." If so, is there a recommended dosage I should take? I'm assuming that I should just follow the directions, right?

i'm with natural. that shit is just a waste.. the only supplements i use are protein and the good ol' centrum multi vitamins. sometimes i mix in some creatine post cycle.. but not very often
