    lat injections

    hey has anyone ever done these, my lats are pretty thick, but i would think that it would hurt like hell? any experiences?

    It wont hurt any more that any other injection site, just make sure you hit the right spot. Check out http://www.spotinjections.com/ for a few pics of lat injections.
