question ive been on tren/prop for 3 weeks now
havent seen any results yet but at night i feel and hear my heart beating b4 i go to sleep and its a lil hard to breath i think

is that normal

and the second question is how do you know if the injection went straight into the muscle instead of fat mostly glute wise

i would look at your diet,either that or there is a very strong poss that your gear is bunk,tren a i take it mate,you should have seen sdum sort of progress by the end of week 1 with a cycle like that!

i got stronger gained like 4 lbs but thats about all i see
im very critical when it comes to this stuff

my body wise any way i feel very pumped at while working out and vascular
my diet is realy clean im 207 eat about 200 grams of protien a day 215 grams of carbs try to keep fat a lil as possible

ye ai got harder don't know about the body fat loss still feel the same but i look bigger most of my bf is in my stomach you know the type that you can feel your abs over the fat but its still alot

i would up the protein to 300 a day mate,if its size and cuts you want would up the carbs some more and just compensate with a little more cardio,take it you do cardio?you will notice a lot of diff by uppin the protein you will start to grow mate!

you should be injectin into the upper outer quarter of your ass mate,not much chance of hittin fat there,mainly ass muscle,either that or shoot your quads,shoulders ect.

How long are your pins? Your not shooting in your glutes every day are you? Tren and prop. are great for site injections.

and i do glute glute shoulder shoulder quad quad

just wanted to know cuz i have a lump on my injection site i wanted to know if it was because i shot it in the fat or a reaction to the aas doen't hurt or anything

and do any of you guy ever hear your heart racing at night
