it is 30mg/ml and is the best cialis out there. ~10mg works great for starters. so, about 3-4 pumps

I have tried it and it definately works. Usually last about two days for me although I do get a headache for some reason at the end of the second day. It is my first time trying cialis so I don't have anything to compare it to but I liked it better than viagara.

guys the headache comes from the way it works. just like nitroglycerin. theres a drop in blood pressure. i get one bad on viagra, but havent tried the cia yet.
