I haven't seen the packaging, but I'm sure thats right. Whats the latest on how to dose clen? I always heard 2 weeks on 2 off ramping up, then down and so on. I saw some guys discussing taking it 2 days on 2 off?

i say go 8-10 week and keto and ben every 3 weeks
