whats up guys i put up a post like 5 days ago askin about this lump i have in my ass from a winny shot...i tried heating and had my girl try and massage it like you guys said but its not really going away...it went down a little bit but not much and its still affecting my workouts and its fukin killin me.. is this just something that takes time to go away or is it like an infection or something i need to see a doctor about....let me know wat u guys think..thanks

try ice bro... heat brings blood TO the area. for acute pain and swelling you use ice, not heat. try that. peace

ICE , no heat, heat makes it worse, at least in the acute stage. ice twent minutes every 2 hours you are awake.

Are you sure you injected the winny deep enough? I have 2 friends who have tried injecting themselves, and they never did shoot deep enough, and have to get it cut out of their glute. They no longer do the shot theirselves.

theres no streaks or nething it jus looks swollen and a little dark like bruised...what do u mean cut out??? like the winny is actually stuck there or it has to be drained out....and is there like a certain doctor i would have to go see for something like this..?

the thing is im an idiot and my delts were killin me and i never planned on shooting in my glutes so i used my 1" needle....it worked fine the first 3 times..i didnt inject myself my friend did but thats probbaly not the case..im really just worried about this "cut out" thing bc i really dotn know how that goes and what the **** to do...so please help thanks guys

sounds to me like u didn't go far enough...just wait 2-3 more days... use ice and heat in alteration and massage the shit out of it also stretch... keep a close eye on it, if u have ne lines coming from it get to the ER ASAP..

well i guess its a good sign considering i dont have any red streaks its just bruised a little and swolen....you think iceing up for a while then maybe a hot bath and a deep tissue massge will help out or will the heat actually bring up the blood more.....thanks guys..
