    I am 6 weeks out 6' 3'' 240 lbs

    I have been taking in 3000 cal 420 grams of protein and 210 to 240 grams of carbs, I play around with carbs in conjuction to how my body is looking. I have just started T3 at 20 mcg and will be taking clen the last 3 weeks.
