Took last week of from the gym and ate what I wanted, also taking this week off but back on the diet and doing cardio + abs. Ever since my injuries I take 2 weeks off every three months and for me its the best thing I can do, I hit the gym feeling like a pissed of gorrila at the end of the 2 weeks, and my workouts are reintensified and my joints feel great!
