    Question recommended books...?

    anyone recommend any books that can be bought at barnes and nobles about bodybuilding info, techniques, "secrets", etc.
    ...not nessecerily steroid books

    Rock, one of our members here, has virtually every good book on training, AAS, etc...

    You might want to PM him....

    ***rock*** is his name here, but he's just rock at BB4L.
