my body wont digest rice no matter what i do. uncle bens brown rice in the microwave and then in the toilet. i have to replace all my rice with oat meal. i think the source is just as good but i would love to be able to eat rice. please help thanks

I suggest eat more rice....
If your that worried about pooping rice..talk to your doc!
