damn air bubblezz Help plz plz

What the crap I waste what seems like a ton. any ideaz on how to get rid of these darn air bubblez in my shotz!!!

before you draw your solution. THEN flip your syringe upside-down and blast all that air out w/o waisting any solution. Micro air bubbles shouldn't hurt you anyway, seriously. It's intra-muscular, not your vein. K? Grow on...
