prop eq question

what would be best way to take prop and eq im doing 100mgs of prop ed and 400 eq a week but wanted to know if its better to shoot eq ed at a low dose or 2 times a week and at what dose is the best for my blood levels to stay somewhat normal!! I already started week 1 and i did prop ed at 100mgs and added eq 2 times in the first week for a total of 400mgs wanted to know if i should change it or keep it same?

ur fine, shoot eq twice a week, its half life is long enough for you to only shoot twice a week

agreed. once a week is also adaquate.

just make sure you run the prop 3 weeks past the eq so pct times match up

I'm doing prop 100mg/ED and EQ 150mg/EOD. I figure that I'm already pinning every day with the prop. I have had no side effects, nor am I holding any water.

I do EQ 200 every 3rd day with Prop great gains

I shoot the eq eod with the prop, just to cut all the shots a little
