How long should I wait in between injection spots, to reduce scar tissue?

6 days in between each body part and use a small gage needle. 22g or smaller is what I prefer.

Or you could man up and do some SMR. Hurts like hell though. The toughest dude in the world might cry after SMR on his IT-band if his injects regularly.

....about a week. There is no way to avoid scar tissue.....just ways to minimize it.
