How many squirts is .25mg's ?

Thanks.. I got it in the mail today and it has trouble squirting. I think there are grains in the liquid not making it spray well at all.

I did finally get 2 squirts out but its such a tiny amount. Seems like just enough to taste it. Is that really enough?

is it really enough? What other means can I use to get that dosage out of the bottle?
