    I train back on wednesday and I train it with tris. My back workout looks something like this..I change it up every workout a little.

    wide grip chins or pulldowns 4 sets 8-10reps last set strip.
    t-bar rows narrow grip. 4 set 8-10 reps last set strip
    Hammer machine pulldowns
    one arm at a time. 3 sets 8-10 reps last set strip
    seated rows 3 sets 8-10 reps last set strip.

    again i change up the exercise all the time..but alway do 2 pulling exercise and 2 rowing exercises.

    thanks guys..about the other pics..they where taken only 5 weeks or so into my diet so like 6 or 7 weeks ago...they are also in the members pics forum...but you will have to search for them...haven't been viewed in a while..
