    How long til next cycle?

    I have just completed my 12 week Test E 500 mgs a week cycle and beginning my PCT with nolva and Clomid. How long should I wait before hitting my gear again? Planning on Deca and Test E on my next cycle. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    true, that is the best rule of thumb; however, you could just start again when your blood levels return to normal. You will obviously have to get those checked regularly though in the weeks following your cycle.
