hey guys have a ? my brother is a dieabetic he has been working out for about 4 years and is thinking of trying steroids what would be safe for him to take being a dieabetic he has to take insulin 3 times a day is there anything that would not affect his sugar levels to much

Theoretically, it should help him. However, and here is my disclaimer, i dont know of any studies that prove what i just said and i dont recommend it. This is because exercise helps diabetics use up excess glucose. As for organs, the kidneys are almost always affected in diabetics.

...My BG occasionally dips down into the 50's off cycle....It drops down more often while on cycle......I'm not saying it is or isn't safe, but if he does decide to cycle, it would be a good idea to monitor his BG more often than usual until he is accustomed to his reaction to AAS.....
