theres a lump under the skin on my left delt it doesnt feel that hard and doesnt hurt if i press it. i was thinking that it might be a build up of oil.
any input would be useful guys.

could be. an infection at the injection site is usally red and very sore and there is a hard spot to the touch. is usually hot ot the touch too. sounds like you may have some oil sitting there. How long of a needle did you use? yuou need 1" for the delts.

i used a 1" went in all the way as well.
i'll have to stick in another spot if its still there by wednesday
