Ephedrine vs. Clen

I have taken clen, in the past, and was very happy with the decreased body fat and vascularity I achieved. The max dose I took per day was 160mcg. On the off days, I took 3 ephedrine pills at 25mg each (75mg/day). What is the highest dose of ephedrine that you have taken for fat loss? Thanks for your time and knowledge!

The max I've gone on eph was 75 on workout days, but clen is obviously better for fat loss.

Since I do not feel any sides with Ephedrine, do you think it would be ok to increase the dose gradually? Can you keep increasing the dose, like with clen, until you experience sides?

clen is better for fat loss but ephedrine works well also...i went 75mg when using ephedrine and it worked great

Hmmm good question, but I wouldnt do it, 75mgs is good already so dont over do it and risk it.
