Hey guys I got 10 days worth of proviron and im on week 7 of my 500mg/wk test e cycle. Since proviron stays active for 12 hours should I split it up or just go for a single 50mg morning dose?

You can take it all at once or split it up..... I have done both and saw no difference in it's ability to help with estrogen sides.Originally Posted by nickm748
But you might as well save what you have and get more...... you should have been running it at least since day 1 of the cycle........ unless you are having problems with estrogen related sides but then you should look into a better AI or SERM.

Save it.......... there's not enough to just run it for the sake of running it. it' would be a waste of money
