ML to CC Conversion

I am about to get some stuff thats measured in CC instead if ML, can I still use my 3ML pins and if so whats the conversion ?

Man Im an ass, I didnt see it asked before though, didnt know if ML was metric and then the US made some shit measurement for that as well since we like to do that for no reason at all.

Tis why I own no "standard" tools, all metric, just gotta use the .5's for the US shit
