Stocky is correct 200mcg per ml for clen and 1 pump= 20mcgs

So both the t3 and clen are 200mcg per ml? I didn't find anything on how much T3 to take ED but clen should be 20mcg 4 - 8 times a day. 30mls should be about a months supply correct?

I take my clen at 120mcg per day....... 60mcgs AM and 60mcgs after lunch
