    Exclamation First Cycle

    My plan is to take test enanthate and for 10 weeks along with 50 mg of dbol 7 days a week split in 4 quarters taken every 4 hrs..

    First off PCT

    week 1-2:test enant 250 mg, dbol 50 mg(per day)
    week 3-4:test enant 250 mg, dbol 50 mg(per day)
    week 5-6: test enant 250 mg dbol 50 mg (per day for the fifth week only)
    week7-10:test enant 250 mg

    During the 10 week I will be taking Arimidex every day.. how many mg per day should i take though..

    Then Finnaly coming off:

    Milk Thistle (liquid form)
    Zinc-Magnesium 4 pills a day
    Tribuleus 1-2 pills at night time

    Is this your first cycle? What are your goals? stats?

    First Cycle Yes.. my goal is 15+ pounds I am at 140 I eat 4000+ calories 380 grams protein and 600grams or so of carbs and no more than 200g of fat a day!

    how old are you and training history? height? 140 is damn small.. you have a lot of natural potential more than likely.

    From his profile he's 20yo which is still somewhat young for this kind of gear, and if he would train hard naturally for another year he'd pack some good 10-20LBM easily cause I'm sure he's nowhere near a plateau.

    ive now worked out for a year or so and i have gained a lot since i started.. i used to be some lil skinny guy.. but now i look much better than i used to.. but i am 5 foot 9
