Which is really better? .5mL eod or 1.0mL twice a week?

.5 eod is only 440mg a week. 1.0 2x a week is 500mg.

eod injections make bettre use of the prop ester. so that means you will get a little better gains. if your going to shoot eod i would do .75mg 650mg week

yep. The best way to run sust would be ED/EOD injections, but you can run it with 2 injections. is this your first cycle?
