    Vit b6

    What does Vit B6 do? I've seen it listed a lot with cycles?

    if you are running a cycle with deca or tren it is a must to take 200mg of vit b6 ED

    to reduce your prolactin level's

    its a supp. used to take throughout your cycle can help with gyno.

    i also thought I read somewhere to make sure you do not take more than 200mg/day. But what was the reasoning for this?

    it can effect yoru nerves at a higher dose then 200mg... youll get the pins and needles feeling once in a while for no reason and when u sleep

    Helps converts food to energy too. Any more than 200mg will bring neurological issues.
