whats going on ppl, i am about to start a sust and winny cycle, what do you guys know about the usage of nolvadex throughout this cycle, i know it blocks estrogens, but i heard it rips you up too...anyone heard of this?

No it will not rip you up at all. An AI like ldex or letro will help in fat loss but even those will not rip you up.

getting lean and ripped is in the diet not the gear. if you diet is not in check you will never get ripped.

It will help to cut down on the bloat but wont burn fat off for you.

Nolva will not really help with bloat either. The mechanism in the way it works is why. Nolva will still allow arominization (sp) to take place so estrogen will be there to make the person hold water. An AI is what will keep bloat away because it stops the conversion of test to estrogen.Originally Posted by Ejuicer
