I'm looking for info on the right cycle for me. I need to lean down but I want to gain strength. I don't need to bulk up. I'm 5'10 195 lbs and I could loose 15 lbs. My workout has changed to high reps, I go to the gym 2 times a day 5-6 days a week. I'm resting each muscle group about 3 days. If anyone knows what gear would be best for me that would help a lot.
