Going to St. Louis in a few weeks..need advice

I am going to see Coldplay in Maryland Heights (suburb of St. Louis) on Sept. 16th and 17th with my girl. We are staying at the Millenium downtown. I have surprise reservations at the restaurant on top of the Millenium that revovles. Good place???? I want to do the Budweiser tour Saturday morning/afternoon and then go to the mall. Is the Galleria the best mall in St. Louis? Also, where is a kick ass place not too far out of the way to get some St. Louis style ribs/bbq??? I think Sat. night we may head down to that casino on the riverfront downtown. Is it true you have to buy your drinks there? Also, any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance guys.

I was in St Louis for a while, never had a chance to go to that rotating restaurant though I always wanted to. Heard great things about it, though.

As far as bbq/ribs, go to Super Smokers. I went to the one in O'Fallon, IL (like 10min from St Louis across the river, good mall there too, btw), and it was some of the best bbq I've had in my life. I've heard they've won national awards for their bbq as well. Just found a website with locations:

The riverfront's really nice, cobblestone roads and a bunch of local bars/clubs with live music on the strip. I went to the Admiral casino which was really nice, but not sure if it's still there or not.

I live here in St. Louis...
Great Hotel... the brewery tour is fantastic... plenty of free beer to drink...
For night life, some of the best bars around are on Laclede's Landing at the river front... a ton of good bars all in walking distance...
Great steak Dinner? Sams' Steak house, only one - look it up.
Maybe hit the Arch if you have time, on a clear day the view is beautiful...
