lol check the link in Psychotron's post. Thats the good forum. Its alot going on and to much to sum it upp in one post. But it takes time. Atleast 30 minutes each and every day. Some of those guys keeps at it 2 hours day!!

I gained about a inch in lengt in the 2 months when I did those exercises and half a inch in girth

well basicly you do 2 kinds of exercise. Stretches and "pump" kind of exercise. The stretches are easy you stretch and pull and make the ligaments longer. The pump exercíses are all about trapping as much blood as possible in the dick to expand the dick.

now if you want to do it without getting hurt I suggest you read. if you dont read dont do any exercises

I just read my first reply to you in this thread and I can understand how you missunderstood me. I didnt mean to call you a moron. I meant that it would take a moron to get it wrong after reading about it(kind of like we would consider someone ****ing up with steroids as a moron).

So I apologise for that missunderstand and I hope there is no beef betwen us. There is no evidence in the medical literature but there realy is hundreds if not even thousdands of people practicing these methods with greats results. The forum linked to is just one of many such places filled with people doing it.
