Max dose of t4?

Well , Im running slin and t4

started with 100mcg, 200 for a couple of days and now up to 300 mcg , slin is 4 times a week pwo , using 5ius (will increase till i reach approx 10ius)

Question is , how much t4 can i take , it says that 100mcg of t4=20-30mcg of t3 ?

well judgin by the conversion to t-3, and what i know about dosing t-3, i would say 400 to 500mcgs, which would be approximate to 100mcgs of t-3 correct? That is the highest i have used of cytomel without seein muscle loss.

no prob, just watch your muscle, im not sure slin is enough to fight off catabolism or doses that high, never tried it.
