Hey guys just wondering,
Is white fish salad (the type you find in a deli..looks like tuna) comparable to tuna in the sense it has a high ratio of protein and very little carbs?

I am sure it is comparable but I have no idea what they put in the salad to make it up.

what about fat content??? it might be an ok pro/fat meal, but we would have to know the macros....
Who knows what's in that shit though.

what could a deli possibly add to tuna sald? mayo, vinegar, maybe a little sugar?what are these "added" carbs..?
i think we are talking about krab salad....love the shit...unfortunately used to eat it with saltines which are not in the diet anymore.....might see if it's good on some whole wheat/grain bread...don't know where the carbs would come from either with just the krab(whitefish)
