I am trying to order from the AR Research site like I have many times before. It is saying my perfectly good credit card has been declined. Tried two of them both were declined and both are good. Anyone else have this problem?

Forgot to post that my credit card worked fine the next morning when I tried to use it.

I am still having problems and I know it all works fine. I tried it again just now and still no. Very odd. Anyone having trouble with a PO BOX address? It is the only address I have and all my bills and everything go there.
EDIT >>Strange I tried it 3 more times, same CC same info and nothing but tried it just now and it worked fine.
