What Multi do you take?

Just wondering what multi pack people here take? What works for others. I've had a heck of a time finding one that i tend to stick with for any length of time.

I was really just wondering if anyone has a particular multi they like and have used for more than a year or so.

I used to take the GNC mega man years ago. I hadn't thought about that as an option.
