I have used 60 mcg, 120mcg, 180mcg, 240mcg clen and have not even felt a thing. Its from AR, so I trust it and my diet is spot on, because I am loosing weight, 1lb week but this was happening before I used clen.
I have been using clen for 2 weeks at 240 mcg and dont feel anything so do you think I should increse it to 300mcg or will I screw myself up?
