Using Test Cyp, 200mgs twice a week, whats best days to administer, Mon and Fri or Tues and Thurs? I mean is the break to long or too short?

On twice a week, I always go sun and thurs. I wouldnt go tues/thurs since there would only be 1 day in between the 2 shots.

Good idea on both counts. Mon Am / Thu PM gives you a 3.5 day interval which will help keep blood levels more even.

With cyp I have found once per week very suffecient and is no different than taking twice per week.

I cant bump it as the vials are only 200mgs.

Yeah you can. How many do you have? Do you have enough for 10 weeks of 500mg each? If you do, all you have to do is take an extra 1/4 of a cc and put the rest in another syringe for your next shot. Or like MESO said just take it once a week. 2 1/2" vials equals to 500mg. If it's too much per vial then split it to 2 shots which is 1 vial and 1/4" of another.
