Good work. Just need to add overall mass. That's about what I looked like at 18. I'd say bf is somewhere around 10%.
I would say much lower than 10% more like 7%. You are very lean. Start eating a ton of food, I mean LOTS! And put some size on!

Id agree with 10% Deffinatly start working on mass. Great base for an 18yo.
Great start, just keep adding weight every year and you'll gain some overall mass.
Bump heres another.... this is actually just a couple weeks after my first pic, i have been eating a lot and feel like ive gained a lot of fat quickly but not mass. Let me know what you think and what I need to work on!
