hey everyone been a while since i can work out after my gyno surgery.. anyhow time to get back in shape so far i got a belly and im big lol but the good thing is aside the belly everything else still has muscle in it somehow :P so how would i start off ? gettin slim and thin then bodybuilding all over from the start? or workout and do cardio at the same time?? which would u guys recommend?
