Proper Dosing?

Just wondering if cabergoline had to be tapered down like letrozole, or can it be abruptly stopped wthout a prolactin rebound? also, is it supposed to taste like chewing on a bitter alcohol swab or something?....man its horrible.

I have liquid capergoline which I put into a glass or water or juice. Yes it tastes bad if not mixed in something. I only use .5mg twice a week so I doubt there would be a whole lot of rebound, none the less tapering might not be a bad idea. Perhaps I'll drop down to .5mg once a week for the last couple of weeks.

First I have never chewed on a bitter alcohol swab so I cannot give you any feedback on that. As for the tapering... I have not the couple of times I have used it, no challenges.
