hi my upcomming cycle is going to be eq300-400mg for 10 weeks and winny for the last five weeks doing 250mgs a week. i am looking to gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle and loose bodyfat from this cycle. my diet will basically be like this. about 300 grams of protein a day, 300-400carbs, 3000 calories a day.i also work out 5 days a week and going to do cardio 2-3 times a week. does this sound good or not. oh one more things do i need to buy any antie's for this cylce. i know i need clomid for post cylcle.
