Your rotator-cuffs are inflamed. Take a week off. When you get back, increase your rep range for any upper-body movement to 12-15. Take 400mgs of ibuprofin and ice both shoulders for 20 minutes immediately after working out. Get ACE wraps, they help. Heat for 20 minute intervals, for as much of the day as you can. When you workout, integrate rotator-cuff exercises like the L-fly into your workout. They should be done to warm up, and then after your workout, as an exercise.
Do it as long as the pain continues. If it goes away, it may come back very soon. I do rotator-cuff exercises, icing, and ibuprofin everytime I work out.
