first cycle and nolva

well i started the other day and my ass hurt really bad, what are some way to help with the pain like heat pads or what, and nolva will it make u sick and will it go away in a couple weeks after taking it

2cc eq 2cc test c both british dragon

Mix the eq and the test in the same syringe(s).

Fill each syringe with a 20-21g needle then switch to a 23-25g to inject with.

Inject slowly 30-60sec per cc.

Do not move the needle while it is in the muscle.

Massage the area deeply for 5 min. after injection.

Hot as you can stand showers with the water on the injection area + massage.

Virgin muscles will get sore at first. It gets better.

Nolva should not make you sick. Test can cause flu symptoms.

thanks for ur help i just was like g0d damn this fvcking hurts i can hardly walk what about the heat pads that the girls use for cramping lol i will try anything ooo.... will the flu like semp go away to over time

If you do have test flu, it will pass. For me working out the sore muscle seems to help a bit. Heating pad might help.
