right now im still lifetime natural and bulking. i'm 5'9 and 220 but my bodyfat is around 18%. I have a show in the middle of march and then again in july.
I'm thinking I could go on a short fina/test cycle (6 weeks or so) and eat even more clean and maybe do some cardio while still trying to bulk. That would hopefully change my body composition before my diet for the first show and then after a month or so of time off start a long cycle (4 months or so) leading up to the 2nd show
maybe do short mini-cycles like 8 weeks on, 4 off, something like that from here up through both shows?
it's a really messed up schedule. I need help with this, please, any input is appreciated.
