i will be in week 2 of Pct and will have a blood test for a surgery week 3 of pct will only be on clomid.. do i have any worrys and i dont guess they will be concerened with test levels for a sinus surgery right?

No, you should be fine. Excessive bleeding that won't stop is the main issue.
