Been very bad for the past few weeks and loved it. Getting back into the swing of things and wanted to know what impact the carbs in my whey have. 1 serving is 19 protein, 3 carbs, 1 sugar and 2.5 fat (1.5 saturated). I mix 2-3 scoops at a time with flax oil. I experimented with 5 shakes a day and 1 solid meal ppwo and it felt great to not cook all damn day. Will these carbs have an impact on insulin?
